Spiced Coffee with Cognac!

Infused with cloves, cinnamon and citrus, this Cognac-spiked coffee is perfect for winter entertaining.

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
4 cups freshly brewed coffee
4 teaspoons dark brown sugar
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
2 3-inch strips orange zest
2 3-inch strips lemon zest
4 ounces Cognac, or to taste

Preparation:
1.Add brown sugar, cloves, cinnamon stick, orange zest and lemon zest to coffee.

Let steep over coffee warmer or in a thermos for 10 minutes.

Pour through a strainer into cups. Add Cognac to taste.
